Hidden Hinge

D4E developed this unique hidden hinge for industrial applications. The design uses a four-bar linkage mechanism to achieve a large door opening angle—up to 105° with a 10 mm-thick door—while keeping the hinge completely concealed.

The hinge is designed to carry heavy loads by using high-strength 17-4PH stainless steel for the linkage components.

Proven in real-world deployment, this hinge has undergone stringent testing in heavy equipment cabinets at Pearson International Airport, ensuring durability and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
